Hummer Sports Park

Hummer Sports Park is a six-sport complex located on SW 6th street between SW Oaklay and SW MacVicar streets in Topeka, Kansas. It features state-of-the-art facilities for football, track, soccer, baseball, softball and swimming, with ample parking for all venues. Construction of the $17.5 million complex was funded through a bond issue approved by voters in 2001. The complex opened up for play the fall of 2003.

The park is home to a broad range of events throughout the year including hosting USD 501 sporting events, Kansas State High School championships in boys and girls swimming, boys and girls soccer, baseball, and softball. Hummer has hosted Central Swim Zone championships, regional swimming, regional Junior College Soccer championships, and AAU track events. This fall, Hummer will host the 2010 National Junior College Athletics Association Women's National Championship in soccer. For more information on Hummer Sports Park, click  here.
